MAREMAAN, 2 villas, 16 Guests, 8 Beds/Baths

MAREMAAN is a little quiet estate of 2 villas nested in a mature tropical garden, 10 min drive from beaches, Chaweng central festival mall, bars & clubs and away from traffic and loud bars.

Each independent villa, 200m2, have: 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living room, 1 dining room, 100m2 covered terrace facing the pool. (see floor map in the slideshow).

The bedrooms are designed as follow:
- Master Bedroom, 27m2, 1 King size bed 180x200,
- Twin Bedroom, 22m2, 2 single beds, 90x200 that can be side by side to get a King size bed
- Mini Twin Bedroom, 17m2, 2 single beds, 90x200 that can be side by side to get a King size bed
- Double bedroom, 23m2, 1 King size bed 180x200
Each mattress are brand new and confortable, fitted with beautiful bedsheets in linen. The air conditioning is powerful but also very silent you will not hear it at night.
=> You will rest comfortably and spend as much time in bed as outside ;-)
Each bathroom have wash bassin, WC, shower with hot water, mirror, hair dryer, organic amenities: shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

+The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven (where we cook pastry each morning), microwaves oven, coffee machine, espresso machine, juicers and enough plates, glasses, cutlery for your meal.
The kitchen worktop runs inside and outside, inside you will find electric cooker and outside the gas cooker.

++The Living room has 2 sofas, huge TV table, 49’ TV (east villa) and 65’ TV (west villa) with an apple TV and Netflix available. WIFI 100Mb/s is accessible from the villa or the pool

+++The dining area has a beautiful table (3m x 1.10m) and 8 seats, on the outside terrace you will find 2 outdoor tables with 10 seats on both villa.

Each villa are composed of 200m2 inside living space + 100m2 outside covered terrace. There is an inside car space for 2 cars and 2 cars on the outside.

Each villa design are minimalist with selected and imported furniture with a touch of Europe for the East villa and a touch of Asia for the West Villa.

The tropical garden surrounds the pool and the north part of the villa, is composed of coconut tree, Banana trees, Dragon fruit tree and local plants…

The swimming pool (15mx5m) has a good size and is 1.60m deep, recommended for all good swimmers, the jacuzzi is directly accessible from the pool, can host 8/10 guests and has a huge umbrella on top of it, if you want to enjoy the shade.
The sun desk has an additional 4 umbrellas and 10 sun loungers under 2 coconut trees.

MAREMAAN is run by our manager, Kiw, who will welcome you, prepare your breakfast every day, bake fresh croissant and pain au chocolat every morning.
He will also organise for you some trip around the island, car rental, boat trip, water fall discovery, elephant trek ect…

MAREMAAN is an eco friendly estate:
we collect rain water that goes through powerful filtration system for your shower, but we provide bottle of drinking water;
we produce our own energy with our solar panels installation;
we use organic shower gel, shampoo and conditioner that are 100% biodegradable.

We do our part, we count on you to do yours and not waste the water or let the AC running all day. Therefore, we don’t charge electricity as most of villa do, in Ko Samui. You need to know that is represent usually an extra 15 to 30% on top of the rent, But not at MAREMAAN, so help us to keep it that way.

When you book for 1 to 8 Guests you will have access to 1 villa of your choice, when you book for 9 to 16 guests, you will have access to both villa.
