-For any questions or issues please message via Misterbandb and we will answer you between hours 9am-9pm. We are working professionals so please note we use this time frame. If there are any emergencies such as lost keys or a fire please contact my caretaker via the number we provide for them in our Misterbandb message.

For any last minute bookings or if you have no previous recommendations on your Misterbandb profile we require the guest booking to send a copy of their photo ID so that our caretaker can verify you at check in. If guests do not cooperate the reservation will be cancelled.

- STRICTLY NO PETS, SMOKING, HOUSE PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE OR LOUD MUSIC PLEASE. Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay, and do not cause any major or superficial damages.
- KEYS We trust all our guests to be responsible with our keys. If any keys/sensors/remotes are lost or mishandled you will be required to reimburse us for them. Similarly, if you lose the keys or lock yourself outside, we will charge a callout fee of $100 to travel out to the home and let you back inside. Replacement fee for keys $250
- ELECTRICITY Please be careful not to overload the electricity. If too many appliances are plugged in or turned on all at the same time it will trip the power. The most common cause of this is when too much power is being drawn from a single power outlet. For example, when you have a power extension board plugged in and have several appliances plugged into that extension board. It is too much for the power outlet to handle so please take that into consideration. This is also a huge fire hazard, and if any damage is caused due to irresponsible use of the appliances or power you will be required to cover the costs.
- CLEANING All guests pay a one off cleaning fee to cover the cleaners fee upon checkout. Please clean up after yourselves if using the kitchen/other spaces and utilise the garbage bins and shute correctly. If the home is left in excessive mess we charge the guests for any extra fees the cleaners charge us which includes extra or deep cleans. Fees will be determined by the cleaners and guests will be notified via Misterbandb
- NOISE-Quiet hours are from 10pm In the event that our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents such as amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, an abatement direction may be issued with an on-the-spot fine of AU$500 or more by our local council or the local police station.
- PARTIES We have a strict NO party, gatherings, events or photoshoot rule. If we receive complaints, damages or evidence of any of the above during your stay, an abatement direction may be issued with an on-the-spot fine of AU$1000 or more by our local council or the local police ******** we have any cause for concern or suspicion of your booking we have the right to cancel your booking but will always communicate with you first if there are any concerns.
- SMOKING No Smoking allowed on the premises (including patio, balcony, and any outside areas)! If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AU$250 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.
- PETS Similarly, if evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of AU$150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code.
- MISSING /BROKEN ITEMS IN THE HOME We understand accidents happen and would appreciate it if any of our items in the home get broken or are accidentally taken if you could notify us. We will send follow up messages via Misterbandb if anything is discovered by our caretakers to be missing or broken and of course be chasing up reimbursements via the Misterbandb resolution center.
- PERSONAL POSSESSIONS * If you leave any personal belongings in the home please contact us as soon as possible and we will have our caretakers check the home for you and respond to you via Misterbandb with any update. We expect all guests to be responsible of their belongings so please note although the cleaners and caretakers will be asked to check for any items they will not be held responsible. * For homes that have a concierge- If you have returned the keys already please do not contact any concierge to try and let you back into the building
- ISSUES/EMERGENCIES Please always contact us first via Misterbandb first or the emergency contact number of our caretaker to check out and resolve any issues. If we need external help we will arrange this. If you chose not to contact us and contact external help you will be held liable and will have to pay for any call out and service fees without any reimbursement. Therefore, we must always know and let us handle any issues first.
- CHECK-IN/OUT Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that my caretakers can welcome you into the home on time. We will confirm the time with you always as we have to arrange this with our caretakers. Please check-out by the specified time and return our keys as instructed, ensuring everything is securely locked!
- Our cleaners need to access the home! * Fees are applicable for late checkouts and mishandling keys or not locking up securely. There is a penalty for late checkouts, please do not message us the night before or the morning of check out asking for a late check out as we have the cleaners scheduled already :) Please note – We do sometimes stock a bag of clean linen somewhere in the home for the next guests. Please do not use this as our cleaners will need it to prepare the home after your checkout. (fees applicable)
- Please be sure to return our keys as per instructions from our ******** there is ANYTHING which we can do to ensure you have a nice stay we will try our best to accommodate you please notify us as soon as possible so we have the chance to provide a solution to any issues or concerns you might have!
