My home is in the north part of Amsterdam, where is really quiet, green, full of space and safe. It takes about 18 minutes either by bus or by bicycle from the central station, which is the absolute center of Amsterdam. The other side of my home is a golf field and a national protected natural area, typical Dutch farms with cows and sheep, and a huge lake which belonged to the North Sea in the past. It's definitely worth to take one day trip at this area by bicycle or by foot.
You can arrive at my apartment by bus 24 hours a day. From the Central Station, the day bus comes every 6 minutes. The night bus is between 00:30 and 06:00, twice per hour. You can purchase day or multiple days card entitles you to unlimited travel around Amsterdam - day and night - on bus, tram and metro,
My apartment is commodious and clean, 85 m2, situated at the end of the 3rd floor of a white quiet residential building with 11 floors. There are 2 elevators available. The bus stop is 200 meters away. The big shopping center is just a few minutes walk. There is a free parking area in front of the building (see one of the pic's).
I have 2 bedrooms. One room (12 m2) is with a single bed (real high quality Boxspring), the another room (18m2) is with a double bed (electrical adjustable at head and foot) with two separate mattresses. One of these two bedrooms will be rent to you - the small room for one person and the big room for ******** persons(a foldable bed will be placed for the 3rd guest).
Rental includes use of the bedroom and shared bathroom. The bathroom with floor heating is new, luxuriant and spacious. You are welcome to stay at the livingroom and feel free to use the refrigerator, make a cup of coffee or tea in the open kitchen. You might make a privilege of using the balcony which has sun the whole day. High speed Wifi is available. 24 hours warm shower.

The neighborhood is very green, quiet, safe and specious. You will see the wild rabbits running around, while just about 20 minutes to the absolute centre of Amsterdam by metro/bus (24 hours reachable).
Two shopping centers with cinema, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. are nearby.
It's just a few minutes walk to the Dutch countryside, where you have a great view of the golf field, cows and villages... After 15 mintes biking you'll reach the huge lake, where connected to the very famous island Marken (16km) and fish town Volendam (20km).
