1) All guests are requested to respect the agreed check-in time as much as possible and to STRICTLY respect the established check-out time.

Late check-in from 21.00h onwards an extra fee of 50.00 Euro must be paid in cash directly to the Concièrge responsible for your reception;

4) We kindly ask all the guests of in case of problems, breakdowns or damages to any object, electric household appliance or electronic equipment to promptly communicate the event one of the available hosts

5) Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen, bathroom tidy

6) Guests are kindly requested not to make any changes or changes to the furnishings of the house without prior notice

6) Dear guests, keep the tone of the voice low after 22.00h when you are on the outside of the house (courtyard, common stairs and landing)

7) NO SMOKING inside the house

10) The Host reserves the right to request immediate and definitive removal of guests from the property in the event of serious disorder or disturbance of the condominium and for the same reasons the refund will not be paid
