Welcome to my apartment!
Travelling is a big hobby of mine. I use this website as well and it was great! Now it is my time to share my space with you. If you happen to stay at my place, I will consider you as my temporary roomie, of course with mutual respect.
My appartment:
- 50 m2 big with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 living room/kitchen (25 m2) and 1 balcony (200x230cm).
- Kitchen is fully equiped.
- Balcony is partially outside and inside the building.

You get:
* 1person bed 90x200cm. The folding bed includes base (metal frame) and a 13 cm thick polyether mattress of SG24 foam.
* If needed for a 2nd guest a big L-couch, 190cm by 220cm sitting/laying space.
* Balcony with the sun in the afternoon with 2 sunbath beds.
* Towels for showering.
* Free use of the living room, kitchen, bathroom.
* Wifi, Netflix on 55" Sony tv
* Clothing optional, including the balcony as long as the neighbours do not see your ding-dong ;-)
We will be sharing everything except my own bedroom. I work most of my working week at home in my bedroom. Sometimes I have to go to the office though.
Most important rules:
- no (soft)drugs in my apartment nor usage of such.
- no parties
- no smoking in the apartment

Zuidas is the Financial district of Amsterdam and has a great public transport system. Due to this we have several restaurants around (and 1 in) my building.
- Train station Zuid is 8 min walk + 2 metro lines
- Several tram + bus stops near my apartment.
- Schiphol is 17min away from door 2 door.
- Museumplein is 12 min by bike and 20 min by public transport.
- City center is 20 min by bike and 25 min by public transport.
- Amsterdams Bos (Forest) is close by too. Great for walking, running, sunbathing, etc.
- Nieuwe Meer is 18 min by bike and 30 min by public transport.
In general everything in Amsterdam is within reach of 20-30 min by bike or public transport.
