We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties. If this rule is violated, we do utilize our local law enforcement and you will be asked to vacate the property at your own expense with no refunds.
Quiet time after 10 PM.
Other things to note:
We do not allow pets so that we can keep the guests space allergy free.
Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigs, Vaping, marijuana, etc...) in or the property. There will be a $500 fine billed automatically to your card if any smoking is detected.
No burning candles or incense.
Fully refundable Security deposit of $350 in cash will be collected once the reservation has been confirmed and will be refunded after if no damages made upon check out.
If you store food in the fridge during your stay, please dispose of it before you leave.
If you use the dishes in the kitchen, please wash them after you use them.
Checkout is by 10:00 AM
Guest please alert host to any damage or items in need of repair immediately. Guest are responsible for the cost of any damage that results from guest breaking any of the House Rules.
KITCHEN
If the trash can is full, please take the trash out in the trash bins which is aligned right next to the shed and please put a new bag in the can ( additional bags are under the kitchen sink).
BATHROOMS
Don’t flush anything other than toilet paper and human fluid (Do not flush tampons).
Please do not rearrange our furnitures.
