PRIVATE ONE BEDROOM IN SHARED APARTMENT available in a clean and well-kept two bedroom apartment in the middle of the Gay Village. The unit is large and bright (880 sq feet) with a balcony. You'll have your own private bedroom with large closet (I use the other bedroom), queen bed and work space. The bathroom, living area and kitchen will be shared when I'm home. You will be steps away from all the action happening on Church St.

Let's just be respectful of each other and the residents of the building. The apartment is secure and quiet, and the property is gated (it has a community type feel).
If we have any particular concerns, we can chat about them if anything arises. I'm all about open communication.
Smoking (and 420) is fine on the balcony but not in the unit (vaping is okay).
Visitors are cool as long as you give me a heads up first. My space is very ********-positive and judgement-free, so feel free to be yourself while we respect each other's boundaries.
I'm totally fine with nudity if that's your thing. I don't advertise as clothing optional, but do what makes you feel comfortable. I generally don't strut around naked unless I'm coming out of the shower or in my bedroom.
Check-in and check-out times are super flexible. Traveling can be unpredictable so I'm very understanding of that. I can accommodate whatever you need, just give me a heads up if you'll be arriving or departing at strange hours and we'll make it work.
I'm not able to host pets at this time so please keep your fur babies at home.
