We are conveniently located 2blocks from Brickell City Center, Waterview side of brickell and just one block over from the main restaurant/party area, close enough to enjoy, far enough for peace and quiet. Near Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Downtown Miami and FTX Arena.

Absolutely no smoking. $500.00 fee will be charged in the event of any smoking on property. Including but not limited to, electronic cigarettes. Thank you for staying with us! The building does allow for ******** and for the registration of the guest, we must request one valid ID along with a signed short term lease agreement prior to arrival. All documents must be submitted prior to arrival as building will not grant access without registration.
Please no glass in any of the building’s common areas including beverages sold in glass containers (beers, wine etc), fun stemless steel tumblers provided for your enjoyment in the pool and other common areas.
One free parking space provided on site, parking pass must be displayed dashboard to avoid $100 fine from the building for unregistered vehicles. Valet available at the building provided by a third party. Current rates (subject to changes) as follow: Additionally, there is street parking with meter and a public parking lot (uncovered) across the building for $10.00 for every 24 hours.
