Downstairs you will find a full kitchen with marble floors and counters and full size refrigerator and stove/oven; microwave, electric kettle, manual drip coffee, milk frother, pasta and rice makers, etc. The dining and living space are all open to each other keeping the cozy house open and inviting. Upstairs is a warm, exposed brick bedroom with a retro electric fireplace, beautiful windows, light, and tons of closet/storage space. The 3/4 bathroom has a glass shower with new fixtures.
Imagine spending evenings on the porch then walking around the corner to one of many restaurants or bars which can be found in all directions from the house. There are at least 15 restaurants in a 5 block radius of the house, and three grocery stores: Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and King Soopers. Hop on your bike and be at the 16th Street Mall or many museums in minutes. If you are a clubber-head down to Broadway just 5 blocks and dance the night away!

The bedroom is a large, beautiful room with large closets and dresser, and a beautiful nook seating as well.
The kitchen has a full size electric 4 burner range and a full size refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glassware, and utensils. Full basic amenities from salt and pepper, cooking oil, laundry supplies, bathroom supplies, and toilet paper and paper towels.
