Upstairs is a warm, exposed brick bedroom with a retro electric fireplace, beautiful windows, light, and tons of closet/storage space. The 3/4 bathroom has a glass shower with new fixtures.
Imagine spending evenings on the porch then walking around the corner to one of many restaurants or bars which can be found in all directions from the house. There are at least 15 restaurants in a 5 block radius of the house, and three grocery stores: Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and King Soopers. Hop on your bike and be at the 16th Street Mall or many museums in minutes. If you are a clubber-head down to Broadway just 5 blocks and dance the night away!
