My shared RUSTIC space is semi-private. The Bathtub is exposed and it is in the Kitchen so not for the modest. Free spirited and open. The setup is a railroad layout "tenement" flats all used to be this way back in the old days of mass European immigration in NYC.
I've lived In this apartment for many years. I have had friends as well as strangers as long term roommates . I now live permanently alone on a continuous basis.
Absolutely everything is within minutes walking distance.
I work in the interior design industry in sales 8 short blocks away from home. Closeted ARTIST - I enjoy photography and trying to get back into painting. I love to hit the dance floor practically every Saturday. I enjoy traveling on a shoe string - most of Latin America, London, Paris, Spain, Milan, Rome, Venice, Rio, Buenos Aires, Patagonia, Colorado. Soon heading to Iceland.
I enjoy cooking up a storm and entertaining at home - but will only cook lightly and have no visitors while Hosting BNB guests. LOVE Ecuadorian, Peruvian, Italian, Indian and Thai foods. Very little social drinking, ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS. Currently reading "The Life-changing Magic of Tidying Up" !!! Books I have most enjoyed "Mirrors" - story of almost everyone;- by Eduardo Galeano; Thomas Man - A death in Venice and more ; Movies - "The Mission" , 12 years a Slave, Apocalypto and more. Shows: ******** Education, Modern Family; Walking Dead, Sense8, The Politician.
