"I was very pleased with our stay here. what stood out to me the most was how peaceful it was and quiet. We had use of the kitchen, but I’m pretty much just a morning coffee person so that took care of my needs. The bedroom was nice and clean and neat as well as the bathroom. I like the location because it was not in the middle of a tourist area but I could easily get there very inexpensively with a Uber. Old San Juan’s biggest festival was going on at the time and there were so many people, but it was festive and fun. I went into town for two days of the four day festival. I like the location where we stayed. It was convenient too many restaurants shopping centers supermarket and eateries and was not in a touristy area. I felt more like I was living among the locals and enjoyed that experience. Our host Paul was very nice and took time to check in with us each day and ask if there was anything we needed as well as taking the time for a nice farewell as we were heading home I would stay at this location again in the future if available"

"¡Nos encantó! Un anfitrión amable y generoso. Una casa con estilo y carácter. Eduin disfruta conversando pero nunca es intrusivo. Siempre es receptivo e hace todo lo posible para asegurar una estancia maravillosa. La habitación era espaciosa con abundante luz natural. Nos quedamos una semana y siempre estuvimos felices de volver cada noche. El baño en suite era un poco pequeño en comparación - también hay un baño completo generosamente dimensionado cerca de la piscina. La cocina fue excelente para el desayuno y el almuerzo. Disfrutamos de la gran piscina y el amplio jardín con muchas áreas para el sol o la sombra. Los gatos también fueron maravillosos. ¡Recomendado!"
