This guest studio is located behind the main residence. While it’s not a luxury stay, it is clean, well-prepared, and ideal for simple, comfortable accommodations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, and no parties are allowed. Street parking is available nearby — please check signage when parking.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor entryways and common areas only.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.

We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions.
