Enjoy the BRAND-NEW arcade and game room, relax in the private back patio that includes a stainless steel grill! FRONT EXTERIOR: - Please note that to enter the building there is a flight of 9 steps to the front door. - Guests have access to all 3 units in the home, each with private entrances and keypad entry.

BASEMENT: - BRAND NEW game room featuring air hockey, basketball, foosball, Pac-Man, magnetic darts, checkers, boardgames, and more! - Bonus living room with a smart TV, and kitchen area with a sink (note: there is no stove or fridge in the downstairs kitchen area) - Additional dining table seats 8. - 1 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom located in the basement. ACCESS & ENTRY: - Guests will have access to the entire home. - Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes.

KEYLESS ENTRY: - There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code the morning of check-in.

PARKING: - There is ONE private parking spot. It is first come first serve. *Make sure you are in the parking space not a sidewalk! - You will be given two parking passes. Make sure they are clearly shown in your front windshield. Please do not lose them as we cannot get new ones until the next year.

ADDITIONAL PARKING: - There is plenty of free on-street parking. - We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: - Quite literally steps to the beach & boardwalk! Please be considerate of your neighbors. The property is still located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars.

SECURITY: - There is a Ring Camera in the front exterior. We are steps away from the beautiful Raleigh Ave Beach and minutes away from major hotels and casinos. This is one of the safest and cleanest neighborhoods in Atlantic City. You'll be able to take advantage of some of the top-rated eateries close by like Ryfe Bar, Knife and Fork Inn, Brittney's Café, and one of the best dessert spots in AC: Mino's Bakery! For travel around the city, parking in AC is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible. We also have the Atlantic City Jitney ($2.50), and Uber/Lyft which will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk! Guest requirements:

The person booking MUST be 21 years or older and must be present for the entire stay. You will be required to sign a check-in form and rental agreement before arrival.

Provided supplies: Basic supplies are provided in moderation. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed during their stay.

Each unit includes: Bed linens Bath towels and hand towels/washcloths Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Hand soap and dish soap Laundry detergent pods (if applicable) Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom, plus 1 extra) 1 roll of paper towels A limited number of trash bags

Kitchen essentials included: Microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and filters Pots, pans, mixing bowls, salt and pepper Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils

Smoking policy: This is a non-smoking property, including the front of the building. $100 fee for any cigarette butts left outside. $200 fee for any signs of smoking inside the home.

Pet policy: Sorry, no pets allowed. $300 fee for any unauthorized pets on the property.

Cleaning policy Please respect the home. Excessive cleaning (stains, odors, pet mess, trash, etc.) may result in up to a $700 cleaning fee.

Check-in: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested 48 hours in advance. No early check-in between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please report any issues immediately upon arrival to avoid being held responsible.

Check-out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp. Late check-out is available for a $125 fee (must be pre-approved). Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of at least one extra night. If housekeeping is delayed due to a late departure, a $125 fee will apply.
