It features a king-size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and a private terrace with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.

You’ll have access to all condominium amenities, including two swimming pools (the rooftop pool is for adults only, and the main pool on the ground floor is family-friendly), a gym, yoga space, spa, sauna, steam room, cinema, business center, reading room, games room, and kids club. Please note that the cinema room, sauna, and steam room require prior reservation at the reception.

A concierge will be available to assist you with anything you need or to provide recommendations during your stay. All communication must be through ******** messaging. We are a team handling guest support, and keeping communication on one platform helps us manage your reservation more efficiently.

The condo is located in a safe and central area of Playa del Carmen, allowing you to walk everywhere easily. While taxis are available, most places can be reached on foot.

Please note that the use of all amenities is exclusively for registered guests, not for outside visitors. All guests must wear a bracelet provided at check-in to be identified as guests throughout their stay.

Visitor access is subject to the maximum occupancy of the unit. If your reservation is for one person, you are allowed to receive one visitor. If your reservation is for two people, no additional visitors are permitted.

If you require parking, prior registration is necessary at the reception in order to receive access.
