This luxury waterside home on St. Pete Beach features a heated pool, BBQ grills, private boat dock, and kayaks for a complete vacation experience. A signed digital rental agreement, valid photo ID, and verification selfie are required before arrival. Guests must be 25+ to book, and there is no in-person check-in as it is fully remote. Guest have access to the entire home including the backyard, pool, garage, and dock area. Please request before parking any boats. The owner will use the boat dock and driveway occasionally (he has a boat). The owner reserves the right to use the boat dock during the course of a stay, though the rest of the rental will remain private. Our road is a quiet, residential stretch with nice waterside homes. We're just a 5-10 minute walk from the Don Cesare and it's beach area, with tennis courts & a playground in between. Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, and the beach are all within walking distance! Free parking off-road if you'd like to bring your car so you can drive around! This home is professionally managed by Tampa Vacation Collection, a luxury asset management company. We're available 24/7 with live guest support and to provide emergency maintenance!

Every reservation requires a signed rental agreement and copy of a legal ID. To book this rental, you must be at least 18 years of age. Length of stay ranges from 30 days minimum to 6 months maximum. We are not available during the summer months.

PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
