For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed. On a quiet residential street only 10 min walk to sydney uni, RPAH, Newtown and Enmore. 5 min walk to bus stops. 10 min walk to Newtown train station and then into the city. A few quiet cafes and restaurants within 2-5 min walk, heaps of food, wine and entertainment on King st Newtown and Enmore Rd, a 10 min walk. Easy commute to the city.

We live and love the inner west, creative heart of Sydney. The flat is ideally located for exploring Sydney. It’s a 10-minute walk to Newtown Station, with frequent trains to the CBD and beyond. Buses run regularly along nearby Parramatta Road, giving you easy access to the city, Pyrmont, and the Inner West.

For those driving, there is free on-street parking available in the area.

The neighbourhood is also very walkable — cafés, parks, shops, RPA Hospital, and Sydney University are all within walking distance. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
