Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols. - Guest Screening: ID verification upload, signed Host rental agreement, ********, and background screening required. - Local Vacation Regulations: The city of Destin has an ordinance for noise, occupancy, parking, and conduct. We will communicate these to you and require compliance. - A long-term tenant is residing in the apartment above the garage. The apartment has a completely separate entrance located behind the garage and does not share any spaces with the main home. The tenant does not have access to the pool, outdoor kitchen, yard, or any other guest amenities, which are reserved exclusively for your group. This arrangement has been in place for years with no issues, and guests typically only notice an occasional vehicle parked near the garage.
