Mitch provided everything we needed and then some for our trip in the condo. From boogie boards, to laundry soap and coffee. And being able to have two chairs in the beach daily was a plus. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests. - No parties or events. - No smoking. - Safety & Cleaning: Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify’s advanced cleaning protocols. - Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, ********, and background check. Smart lock with access code provided at least 2 days prior to check-in. Please request a building entry code if you are arriving after 10pm.
