Designed for coastal getaways, group stays, and special trips, Vitamin Sea offers the space, setting, and comfort guests look for in an oceanfront St. Augustine stay. The home is dog friendly, includes a grill, offers plenty of parking, and is event friendly with prior approval and an additional event fee.

THE PROXIMITY Enjoy an oceanfront setting directly on Coastal Highway in St. Augustine. The home is located in the Vilano Beach/North Beach area, with easy access to the sand, surf, and scenic coastal drives. Historic downtown St. Augustine is a short drive away, offering restaurants, shops, museums, sightseeing, nightlife, and waterfront charm. Nearby favorites include Vilano Beach restaurants like 180 Vilano, Pesca, Beaches Grill, local coffee shops, beach access points, a Publix Grocery store, the Vilano Pier, Comanchee Cove where you can rent a boat for the day, and much more! Spend your days relaxing by the Atlantic, exploring historic St. Augustine, visiting local restaurants, or taking in the natural beauty of the surrounding coastline. THE SPACE This oceanfront beach home offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2,741 sq. ft. of living space, giving guests plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy the coast. The interior features comfortable common areas, a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, plenty of bathrooms, and bright coastal furnishings. The layout is ideal for larger groups, families, and guests who want both shared gathering space and room to spread out.

Outside, guests can enjoy two covered outdoor patios: one upper covered balcony and one lower covered patio beneath the balcony. These shaded spaces are perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, ocean breezes, or relaxing after a beach day. A grill is also available for cookouts during your stay.

OPEN LIVING The living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed for easy group connection, whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or sharing a meal together. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the essentials needed for preparing meals at home.

We outfit the home with starter supplies for the first few days of your stay, such as paper products, trash bags, soaps, and basic essentials. Linens and towels are included.

THE LAYOUT This home has a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom layout with bedrooms split between the upstairs and downstairs levels, making it easy for families and groups to spread out comfortably.

EVENT INQUIRIES Event package pricing available by request. Every event booking automatically includes 2 nights of accommodations for 15 people, plus access to our preferred vendors list and discounted table and chair rentals. All events must be approved, logistics discussed, and the event fee must be paid - please reach out to us with details prior to booking!

DOGS Vitamin Sea is dog friendly, so your four-legged family member can join you for your beach getaway. Dog approval, fees, and any rules should be confirmed before arrival.

OUTDOOR LIVING Enjoy the oceanfront setting from two covered outdoor spaces. The upper covered balcony is perfect for taking in the coastal breeze, while the lower covered patio beneath it offers a shaded place to relax, gather, or unwind after the beach. A grill is available for outdoor meals and easy vacation cookouts.

*********: In lieu of a traditional ******** charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($2000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Guests may not park cars in the garage.

One of the prime areas of Vilano Beach, you will find the area is bordered to the East by the Atlantic Ocean and to the West by the Tolomato River (or what we St. Augustinians call "The Intercoastal").

Located just a five minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity.

Just a seven minutes drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours!

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms upstairs are connected by a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a shared shower.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Rental Agreement: A quick virtual rental agreement is required—simple and guest-friendly!

Dog friendly only. 2 dogs total allowed, up to 50lbs each.

Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month. -This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation. -The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges. -Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in. -Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaning. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.
