The North Park and Hillcrest neighborhoods have tons of walkable restaurants, shops, bars, and things to do. You're less than a mile from Balboa Park and can walk to the farmers market on the weekends.
Ubers are very easy to get to and from this location. Shopping, dining and bars are easily walkable in under 5 minutes or less.
There is plenty of street parking surrounding the home. Garage space is NOT included nor accessable.
