As a result - we have no control over amenities, their availability and function. While we disclose anything on the listing that we're aware of, sometimes amenities are closed or inaccessible and we do not issue refunds for this 🔹We do not issue refunds for weather related reasons. E.g. if you book for September and cancel due to a hurricane, and it's outside the regular refund window - we would not issue a refund 🔹Lastly, as a complex sometimes there is construction / sometimes private owners do renovations. Again, we disclose anything we're aware of. But because we have no control over construction & renovations we do not issue refunds for issues related to this, noise, or stuff being blocked off

PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
