While roads are manageable, 4x4 drive is recommended during winter weather. Seasonal Decor: We decorate for the holidays! Specific decor may vary from listing photos. Travel Insurance: Highly recommended. Refunds are not issued for weather, natural events, personal emergencies, or utility outages beyond our control.

Pet Rules Maximum of 2 dogs under 40 lbs each. Pets must stay off all furniture and beds. Dogs must be crated if left unattended (crate not provided). Guests must pick up after their dogs immediately (indoor and outdoor). No excessive barking. Additional cleaning or damage fees apply if rules are violated upon checkout.
