What you'll get: ✔ Private, lockable room on the upper floor (accessed by stairs). ✔ Space to work or study ✔ Open view onto the living room and a plant-filled terrace ✔ Bed linen [single bed, linens, fan/AC, wardrobe and desk in the room]. ✔ Fully equipped kitchen downstairs: fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven and everything you need to prep your meal. ✔ Second kitchen / kitchenette on the terrace: additional counter and sink in case the small kitchen is busy. [Counter, sink, extra fridge] ✔ Terrace: with its own fridge, table and chairs, plants. The perfect spot for a sunny breakfast, working outdoors, or winding down the day with a glass of wine.

Shared living room, good for coworking: bright, comfortable, with a work/dining table, a desk, fiber-optic internet and a Smart TV with apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Greenery everywhere and natural light through a glass roof.

Access: You get your own set of keys (front door + room). Come and go 24/7, on your own schedule. Free access to all common areas: kitchen, second kitchen, living room, shared bathroom and terrace (the host's room stays locked).

Other things to keep in mind: This is a shared, lived-in home: the vibe is relaxed but with clear rules. Open to tidy guests who respect others' rest and leave common areas as they found them. Commitment to cleanliness is mandatory. The house receives a weekly cleaning of common areas that must be preserved.
