With a king bedroom plus a private flex room, Pier 57 201 is ideal for couples, friends, or small families looking for a little extra space and privacy. The flex room features a comfortable pull-out sofa and a movable wall that can be fully closed, creating a separate private sleeping space when desired. The open-concept living area is bright, comfortable, and designed for easy vacation living. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while the flexible layout allows the home to adapt to different types of stays.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and air conditioning, offering a comfortable private retreat after a day exploring Puerto Vallarta.

The second sleeping area is one of the unique features of this home. A comfortable pull-out sofa is located within a dedicated flex room, separated from the main living area by a movable wall that can be completely closed for privacy. When the wall is closed, the space functions much like a separate bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for preparing meals at home, while the living area provides a comfortable place to relax between beach days and nights out.

The condo also features air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. One of the highlights of staying at Pier 57 is the spectacular rooftop.

Take a swim in the infinity pool while enjoying panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay, relax in the jacuzzi, or settle into one of the rooftop lounge areas and enjoy the sunshine.

The rooftop also features private cabanas, social lounges, a reading library, and spaces designed for relaxing and enjoying Puerto Vallarta’s beautiful weather.

Guests also have access to a fully equipped fitness center with panoramic bay views.

Pier 57 places you right in the heart of Zona Romántica, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.

Los Muertos Beach and the iconic Los Muertos Pier are just steps away. Walk outside and you’ll find an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife right at your doorstep.
