GENERAL ASPECTS: All guests occupying the apartment are obligated and will be responsible for any damages they cause to the common areas and property of the building. Likewise, each guest will be responsible for any damages caused to the property by any person accompanying them. "The apartment must be used solely and exclusively for short-term accommodations and may not be used for any other purpose. Likewise, guests may not use it for purposes contrary to morality or good customs, nor may they perform any act that affects the peace of the other residents of the building, or that compromises their peace, safety, health, and comfort."
All guests staying in Hamburgo ******** apartment during their stay will be subject to these regulations, which are considered a contract of adhesion that must be fulfilled. Otherwise, the host reserves the right to refuse admission and remain.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. After this time, the host will be entitled to charge an additional fee based on the current rate.

INVENTORY: It is strictly prohibited (without exception) to remove from the apartment any item found inside and belonging to the host, such as towels, decorative objects, books, household goods, and other items not belonging to the guest.
AMENITIES: All amenities found in the apartment are for the use and enjoyment of guests; it is strictly prohibited to remove them from the apartment or simply take them with you.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Guests are free to consume food and beverages found in the apartment and are asked to replace what they use as a courtesy to subsequent guests, if possible.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The host reserves the right to refuse admission to occasional visitors, and they may only enter with prior authorization from the host. In case of non-compliance, the host reserves the right to order the visitor to leave immediately.
DISTURBANCES: The volume of televisions or sound equipment inside the apartment must be moderate, and noise that disturbs the neighbors must be avoided. As required by law, from 10:00 PM. 9:00 AM: Parties, events, loud music, or any behavior that disrupts the peace and order of the building are prohibited. In the event of a community disturbance, the police may be called and guests will be asked to leave the property immediately.
SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in the building's common areas, but smoking is permitted inside the apartment with the windows open.
