👥 Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Friends are welcome to visit during the day.
➕ Extra Guests: The number of guests must match your reservation. If you'd like to bring more people, please check with us for availability.
🚬 Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside but is permitted outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
🚽 Bathroom Use: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine products or wipes. If these items clog the system, you will be charged for damages.
🧹 Cleanliness: We keep the space very clean, and a small cleaning fee is included. Extra charges will apply if you leave excessive mess, smoke inside, or allow pets on beds or furniture. Pet baskets and bowls are available upon request.
🐶 Pet Policy: Pets must be supervised to avoid accidents. They must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please clean up after your pet.
🛏 Pet Bedding Fees: If pets sleep on the beds, all bedding (including protectors) must be washed and disinfected. This will result in an additional charge.
