Turn radiators to 'Caldo' for HOT in winter. Turn off when leaving the apartment.

Pull knob above bath taps and simultaneously turn up & left to route water to shower head from bath taps. Get required temperature first.

Wifi password under the actual modem-router.

Parking is located 100 metres up via San Bernadino, near the Church. Park in the area closest to the ticket machine. Cost is just 5 Swiss francs per 24 hours. Do not park in the blue zone for residents. Park next to the ticket machine please.

The small multi TV remote controls all the electronic devices: TV DVD VCR, change at top of remote to TV etc also separate control for Sunrise cable TV channels. Set-TV to HDMI THEN USE SUNRISE REMOTE.

Please dispose of old food & waste in the metal waste bins located outside the building, near the street.

Complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or damage to the property will result in the loss of your ********. Please consider permanent residents in the building. The neighbors bedroom is next to the living room in the apartment.

Clothes can be washed in the laundry room located on the ground floor, for a fee, but must be Swiss clean after use please.

No pets are allowed unless miniature breeds and not barking or using the gardens as a WC.

Situated just after the small railway crossing. Next to terra-cotta yellow roofed house. Take 20 stairs, then elevator to 2nd floor. Immediately turn left though glass door to balcony, then open brown house door with 2nd key.
Be careful not to get locked out because it's expensive to call a locksmith. Leave keys where you find them at checkin. Remember to keep with you to avoid being locked out! If you close door when you leave, it locks behind you! Same with balcony door on front of apartment.

Please do not disturb the permanent residents in the building.
Wifi password is under the modem under the desk. The cable TV I think you need to switch to AV on the small remote then HDMI on small remote. Then use larger Sunrise TV remote control for cable.

There is an Italian coffee percolator for the stove, but you need to bring your own ground coffee beans.

I hope weather will be good for you. It gets very hot, so there are a few fans there for you, no AC but marble floors help keep it cooler. Do not open windows at night, to avoid mosquitos & locally protected small scorpions! Yes, Swiss scorpions! It's a microclimate after all.

Enjoy your stay! It's an outstanding area of natural beauty to be enjoyed to the full. Apologies for the post-it notes but some guests get forgetful! Especially after a few drinks. Do not get locked out please.
