The Simcoe Suite is a huge 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor that overlooks our tree-lined residential street. There is plenty of parking on-site.
Because we're less than a 5 minute walk to the downtown core - full of excellent restaurants, clubs and shops - and the totally refurbished waterfront, our success has been so great that we're expanding!
What people love about our place is the peace and quiet, the huge suites, and the convenience to the downtown core. Oh, and our two very friendly cats.
What we love about our business is to have people experience Barrie thru all the seasons. It truly is the gateway to cottage country. If you're looking for outdoor activities then Barrie is the place... boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, kayaking, jogging, snowmobiling, etc. Whatever! Everything is within a fifteen minute drive (or less) from us.

We have a building-wide no-smoking and no-pets policy; however pets can be accommodated with one of our suites if necessary.
Visitors are allowed. Each suite can accommodate 2 overnight guests only though. We ask that you do NOT share entrance security codes for the safety of other as well as future guests.
