My beautiful studio flat is conveniently located in the middle of the trendiest area in London, Hoxton. Right in Shoreditch, next to all buzzing bars, restaurants, and boutiques.

The space is a cozy open studio on the ground floor flat of an old warehouse in Hoxton. It is very comfortable with good king size bed which is in the open room that includes a kitchen area, living room and bedroom.
It is perfect for a couple, but it could also accommodate one more guest if prepared to sleep on the sofa or an air bed, which can be provided.
Its huge windows, library, wooden floors, curtains, and the many ornaments from our travels, give it a unique warmth and enchant.

The kitchen area includes a cooker, small fridge, coffee machine, toaster, a kettle for your classic afternoon tea, and a washing machine. The kitchen island and seats make a perfect place to eat if you fancy cooking. It leads to the living room area with comfy leather sofas, and a coffee table where you can watch tv, or listen to music. We have sky TV, Apple TV and wifi.

The toilet has all you need, a toilet, shower and a sink. Nice and simple!

To access the flat you go in through a gate and then you go up the stairs, only 6 steps up, since we are on the ground floor.

You will be in one of the trendiest areas in London, close to Old Street Station and Hoxton Station. You can walk to Liverpool Street station and all of Shoreditch nightlife.
