The house is located in Roscoe Village and within a half mile of the house there is a train stop, bars and restaurants. Wrigley Field is less than 1.5 miles from the apartment and the train provides quick access to Downtown Chicago and other neighborhoods.
This apartment is located in the heart of Roscoe Village and has a total of four bedrooms. The first floor of the apartment is located on the ground level and it has a nice layout for entertaining. The living room, dining room, and kitchen share an open concept and are beautifully finished. The living room has a mounted TV and comfortable furniture. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and plenty of space to prepare a meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal at home. Just off of the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four. There is one bedroom on this floor and it has a queen bed. Lastly, there is one bathroom with a shower/tub.

The second floor of the apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom and it is in the basement level. All of the bedrooms are comparable in size and all of them have a queen bed. The bathroom is located in the hallway in close proximity to the three bedrooms and it has a shower only. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that guests can use during their stays. Please note, this apartment does not include parking.

Roscoe Village is a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles northwest of downtown Chicago. This apartment is perfect for groups who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown while still having quick and convenient access to everything Chicago has to offer. The shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood are mostly within a mile of the house. Half Acre Beer Company, one of the most popular breweries in the city, is 1.2 miles north of the apartment.
The closest L stops is the Paulina stop on the Brown Line train. The station is 0.4 miles and a 7 minute walk away from the apartment. You can access the best Chicago has to offer on the L transit system. There are plenty of Uber/Lyfts and taxis throughout the neighborhood as well.
