"Courtyard" is the perfect blend of old and new, offering visitors the charm and elegance of a traditional 1920's plantation house, combined with the convenience of modern amenities.
Gleaming mahogany floors and antique furniture complement the bright and airy interior of this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom house.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and from here guest are able to see the ocean. The second, very spacious bedroom has three beds, enabling house Courtyard to accommodate up to 5 persons. Please note that the rate for house Courtyard is based on a 4 persons occupancy and adding a fifth person cost an additional $ US 30 p. night + 7.5% tax per night. If you wish to have the additional person when booking this unit kindly notify us when making the booking request.
House Courtyard has a large living / dining area and a spacious well equipped kitchen.
"Courtyard's" comfortable living room leads onto a large covered terrace that overlooks the nearby beach. Constantly cooled by the gentle trade winds, this shady spot is the perfect place for a breezy patio lunch or a romantic dinner.
The property was named after the attractive enclosed courtyard where lush tropical plants impart a sense of calm and security.
A property manger is there to assist to make our guests stay a most memorable one.
A limited maid service, changing towels and sheets (on request) every three days is already included in our rates. Additional services can be arranged for a small charge and depending on availability of a corresponding staff member.
Amenities to mention are complementary high speed wireless internet access, satellite-tv, stereo systems with ipod / iphone docks, optional private tel./cell phones, complete info on restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, personalized airport pick up/drop, taxi service, rental car arrangements, free on site parking, just to mention some of Inchcape’s features.
The beach at House Courtyard is heaven for swimming and snorkeling, windsurfing and kitesurfing, surfing and boogie boarding alike. One side of Silver Sands Beach can have a little shore beak while the other side is much calmer and ideal for swimming and sea bathing.
The small fishing village of Oistins is just a few minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets from in walking distance to just minutes away by car.
