Large sectional and large TV with open concept layout leading to the dining area and open kitchen. There is a back den with a sleeper sofa.

GARDEN
There is a hammock and a dining table and small seating area outside. The garden has an avocado free and a few palms, making the space very green and lush. Italian string lights set the tone for a perfect summer night outdoors.

This home is located in the suburbs bordering the Design District, the area has gone through major gentrification and is in the process of changing even more. The Design District is known for its sleek modern architecture, upscale interior design stores and art galleries. Luxury fashion and jewelry boutiques, cafes and celebrity-chef restaurants draw a well-heeled crowd.
