A completely private, ground floor unit with separate entrance and exclusive use of the swimming pool. The upstairs portion of the house is reserved for the owner. Comfortably furnished, Surfer's paradise! Llandudno Beach is one of the most pristine blue ribbon beaches in Cape Town. Close to Hout Bay; a short drive to Camps Bay and the city. No power cuts at the property. The location of this house is superb! Situated one road back from the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac road with parking space in the driveway. Private, modern entrance leads into a split level house.

The ground floor is closed off from the upstairs house (owner residence). The ground floor has a Main bedroom with a queen bed and walk in cupboard. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a 3/4 bed. The downstairs, open plan living area with kitchen, dining and lounge area flows out to a large covered patio and swimming pool with two luxurious poolside loungers. Barbecue and outdoor dining table allow for lovely summer entertainment in a secluded, wind free zone. This house is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay! Private entrance to the ground floor. Llandudno is a seaside suburb of Cape Town on the Atlantic seaboard of the Cape Peninsula in the Western Cape, South Africa. There are no street lights, shops or commercial activities, and the town has some of the most expensive residential property in South Africa. Llandudno Beach is one of the Cape's most pristine beaches, surrounded by large granite boulders and overlooked by mountains. It is a popular surfing and beach goers spot. Llandudno has lifeguards on duty during the summer season, operated by the Llandudno Surf Lifesaving club. It is also the access point for the walk to Sandy Bay, an isolated beach still popular with nudists. The fishing village of Hout Bay is 3 kms away where you can shop, go to restaurants and visit many tourist attractions. Camps Bay is 10 minutes, Clifton the city centre and the waterfront are a 20 minute drive away along the beautiful coastal road There are only two ways to get to Llandudno; in your own car or with a taxi! Whilst you will have your own private entrance, when the owner is at home in the upstairs section of the house, you may meet his two docile and friendly labradors.
