Villa Heimdal is a grand 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private, heated pool set amongst neatly manicured gardens in a small urbanisation just a 5 minute walk from the striking cliff tops in Vale da Lapa.
All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is underfloor heating throughout the property and enclosed fireplace in the livingroom.
The heated pool is generous in size and is equipped with pool cover and adjoining terrace equipped with sun loungers. Pool heating is charged as an extra.
The villa sits on a large plot extensive gardens which have beautifully designed and maintained. There is also a large driveway and garage.
Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
The villa is ideally located within easy driving distance to numerous beaches, is only a 5 minute drive from the charming sea-side town of Carvoeiro and 7 minutes from the more traditional fishing town of Ferragudo.
The accommodation comprises on the entrance level of a generously sized entrance hall, WC, laundry room with both washing machine and tumble dryer, open plan kitchen/dining room which opens onto a large balcony with both gas and charcoal barbecues and a large outdoor dining table. There is also a spacious living room which opens onto another sizable balcony with outdoor seating area.
Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor which consists of the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite with both a bath, shower and double vanity, a second double bedroom suite with both a bath, shower and single vanity, a third double bedroom suite with shower and single vanity, a fourth bedroom with double bed, an office with 2 sofa beds and a family bathroom with shower and double vanity.
Guests have sole access to the entire property including the swimming pool and gardens.
There is a taxi rank in the centre of the Carvoeiro and the central taxi number is provided in the house information book. You can also travel around by tuk tuk and bus. Details of which can be found in the villa.
