High-Speed Internet is included. This cozy, one-story house features an open concept living room dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room off the garage. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances. You will find three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bedroom, the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. The master bathroom has a separate tub and shower, the hallway bathroom include a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens. Guests have complete and exclusive access to the house with the exception of one locked closet. The guest will access the house using a Yale smart lock that is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly with a fully fenced in backyard. The driveway offers enough room for four vehicles, with room for two vehicle in the garage. There is room for additional parking on the street in front of the house but it is limited to availability. The house is located on a quiet street of houses within an established single family neighborhood. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is a family friendly area with many people with young children so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm. A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Killeen and Fort Hood by car. In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure: 1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket. 2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the load 3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies. These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.
