- The kitchen is sensational! It’s fully equipped with quality appliances like an oven and stove and the essential extras like an espresso/coffee machine for your morning perk up and a blender for afternoon margaritas! It’s awesome to have a kitchen space like this for those who like to eat healthy, have a specific diet or just like to flex your gourmet cooking skills. Speaking of which, I’m a trained chef myself so you may get a taste of something I make from time to time. ;)

- Your bedroom is spacious and minimalistically modern and stylish with a plush king-sized bed, quality bed linens, excellent closet space and has wonderful natural light that illuminates the room from the two windows. Can accommodate up to 2 people.
- Your full bathroom is just across the hall. It’s spacious and contemporary with modern features and fixtures, lots of under sink storage space for your things, and a spacious stand-in shower with a great showerhead. You’ll have shampoo, conditioner and body wash included complimentary in the shower dispensers inside the shower.
* Shared with me*
- A luminous and cheerful living space with splashes of color, pop art, and uniquely stylish decor. The living room has cozy and comfortable furnishings, a flatscreen Smart TV, and lots of natural light coming in through the sliding glass doors. It’s perfect for relaxing moments at home between the beach and sightseeing.
- There’s a delightful dining table just adjacent to the living room for your morning coffee, doing some work (if you must), or enjoying your meals in the comfort of home. Eating at home is great if traveling on a budget. The condo is in walking distance to grocery stores and there’s an OXXO convenience store just across the street.
- There’s a washing machine you’re free to use when there. There’s no dryer, you’ll need to use the clothes drying rack. I also have an iron if needed and a hairdryer.

The condo is located in the most enviable location in Playa! Just a block from 5th Ave and the start of “the most beautiful street in Playa” – the quaint 38th Street stretch from 5th Avenue to the beach! A favorite among tourists and locals as this tree-lined street with outdoor eateries and boutiques is one of the most romantic streets, especially at night when the lights are lit.
- You'll be within walking distance to it all and just a short 5-min stroll to the beach at 38th Street (Mahekal Resort)
- Walk the beach (going south) and hit popular beach clubs like Coralina, Mamitas, Lido, or Zenzi. Walk north and find more cool beach clubs like Martina, Mandarinos, Encanto, and Las Hijas.
- You’ll be a block from 5th Avenue and I recommend walking all of 5th Avenue to get the full experience of this famous pedestrian walk street with boutique and souvenir shops, malls, street performers, eateries, bars, and loads of people-watching!
- 5th Ave is also a path to vibrant shopping malls too like Quinta Alégria, the shops at Calle Corazón, and Paseo del Carmen outdoor shopping mall at the south end of 5th by the ferry docks to Cozumel.
- There’s an OXXO convenience store just across the street, a bakery, a variety of restaurants in walking distance, even a Starbucks, if that’s your addiction. ;) Here are some nearby restaurant recommendations, but of course, you can always ask me!
