The bright living & dining areas boast double height ceilings with charming original beam work.

Relax on two super comfy sofa beds that come with full deep sprung mattresses - with a large smart screen TV and complimentary Netflix included. On the other side of the room you will find 5 single beds, plenty of hanging rails and a full length mirror and make-up station. The room has plenty of windows giving the whole apartment a bright and open feeling.

Our kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, and all the cooking amenities you will need to treat yourself to a home-cooked meal or a delicious morning coffee. The central, high dining table is the perfect hub for your gathering - with a super handy wine fridge to top it all off!

As you walk in, you are greeted with the first bathroom which has been fitted our with large twin walk in showers and twin sinks. Our sparking second floor bathroom also comes with a further walk in shower, so plenty of space for everyone to get ready before a night out in the city! Guests have full exclusive access to all areas of the apartment. An unbeatable location in the heart of the City Centre! This property is located just off Concert Square, one of the main nightlife districts and just around the corner from Bold St with tonnes of restaurants and bars; a world of culinary dishes at your disposable and beverages to wash it down with. This apartment is also a short walk to the shopping district of the city centre.

If you're feeling courageous, you can flaunt your skills at one of Liverpool local's favourite karaoke bars, Woody's, located 30 seconds from the property. Alternatively, if you fancy seeing more tourist attractions, you can check out Anfield Stadium which is only a 30 minute bus ride away or, if you're looking for something a little more academically tailored, you can visit one of our many museums.

Just a short 10 minute walk from the property takes you to the Albert Dock were you can find even more shops, restaurants and activities for your group to enjoy. For our art and maritime fanatics, we have the Tate Liverpool Museum and Art Gallery, and Maritime Museum, both at the Albert Dock. You could even learn more about this amazing city by visiting the Museum of Liverpool also located at the Albert Dock next time The Beatles Museum. For those who are looking for historical time, you can check out the World Museum right next to the grand St. George's Hall which has been used for films such as 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' and, most recently, 'The Batman'. Parking is not included in the price but there are several parking facilities nearby that offer overnight/24h parking ranging between £10-£12. The nearest train station to this property from external locations is Liverpool Lime Street which is an 8 minute walk approx.; for Merseyrail lines, Central Station is the nearest station which is a 3 minute walk approx.

Throughout the city there are plenty of taxi ranks, or you can prebook a taxi on an app like Alpha or Delta. The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 7 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and the 1st floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
