The Castro neighborhood is a 20 min car ride, 30 min bike ride and an hour walk. The Folsom Street district is 10 min car ride, 20 bike ride and 40 min walk.

All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Host during their stay; and
Guests must notify the Host of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
Check-in time is between 1:00 & 3:00pm;
Check-out is before 11:00am;
Early check-in or late check-outs require prior approval by Host. We will accommodate these requests if our schedule allows.
NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during quite hours (11pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure;
Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;
VISITORS
Guests are allowed a maximum of three (3) Visitors at any one time during their stay.
Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that. Visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.
FUNCTIONS
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at 1023 Broadway; and Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
PARKING
There are several parking garages within a 5-8 min walk, rates vary by hour and day please check;
On-street parking is allowed by permit (a permit may be purchased from Host).
SECURITY
Any time Guests leave 1023 Broadway, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Guests must switch off lights, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not permissible to leave the heaters on when Guests are absent from the apartment.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside 1023 Broadway; and
All smoking waste must be disposed of properly (i.e. in ashtray or waste can) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
PETS
Pets are not permitted at 1023 Broadway;
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And;
To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Also;
No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Separate beach towels can be provided for this purpose.
CHECK-OUT ARRANGEMENTS
Rules for key handover, security, cleaning, garbage, etc. are as follows:
Any keys shall be left in the rental;
Electronic lock codes will automatically change and deactivate at check-out time unless prior arrangements are made with the Host;
Garbage shall be placed in appropriate bins;
Ensure all doors and windows are closed upon departure.
