Villa Colina del cuervo (Villa RavenHill) is happy to welcome you to the jungle. On the hillside of Mismaloya, this detached villa offers you marvelous views of the ocean and jungle. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the beach or five minutes to the main road. The villa is built in a Mexican style combined with modern luxuries.
During your stay (with up to 8 people) you can enjoy a private salt water pool, a rooftop terrace and there are plenty of activities to do or book in and around Mismaloya. It’s up to you to just relax and take it easy and/or explore what’s around.
The villa is equipped with:
- 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a king bed and two bedrooms with a queen beds);
- a queen sleeping sofas in the living room;
- 2.5 bathrooms;
- fully equipped kitchen;
- balcony (accessible from one of the bedrooms);
- fans and air conditioning units;
- flatscreen TV;
- salt water pool;
- covered rooftop terrace;
- laundry room with washer and dryer.
Housekeeping service is included twice per week. A chef can be available for an additional charge.

Some facts about the house and Mismaloya:
- The trees in the jungle next to the villa are home to many wild, protected and amazingly colored parrots;
- Solar panels were installed on the rooftop;
- The founder of “Mama’s Biscuits” was the first guest who stayed at the remodeled house;
- The movie ‘The night of the Iguana’ was shot in Mismaloya. The street name is named after the main character (Richard Burton) in the movie;
- Nearby you’ll find the rock outcroppings called ‘Los Arcos’ (National Marine Park). It’s a super place to snorkel, scuba dive or bird watch –even the whales in Banderas Bay from November through March seem to favor this area;
- The name Mismaloya comes from the Nahuatl language and translates to “place where they grab fish with their hands” and when one watches the boats come in with their daily catch, it’s easy to see how the name was earned.

Besides you can enjoy the following activities which are all within 20 minutes travel time: enjoy the zoo, take a horseback or dune buggy riding trip, hiking, zip line, visit the botanical garden or Predator movie scene, tequila tasting etc. The host is happy to help you plan the activities you would like to do.
