Our building is a corner piece sitting on Quince Street and Spruce, conveniently located near everything in Center City. The apartment is on a 5th floor walk up, and has a nice layout from when you enter. A spacious comfortable living room greets you an entry, with a nice sofa sleeper that fits 1-2 and is a great spot to watch TV and just spend some downtime. Flat-screen smart TV with Netflix and Hulu options available, you just need to log in. A connected dining area is to your left and has a quaint and stylish dining set, where you can enjoy nice dinners or good breakfasts as you start your day. It is also a good spot to log in and get your work done or your study time.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating amenities. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, fridge freezer, stove, and all the pots and pans as well. You only need to bring your food.
I have a nice stand-up shower in the bathroom with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Also fully stocked the bathroom has what you would need in a clean and comfortable setting.
There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement area which you can access 24/7. And if you find a spot there is free overnight street parking. Parking during the day is time-restricted like in most major city centers, but you can find a spot on a regular. There is also a paid parking lot around the corner for long-term parking.
The heaters are all electric with each unit having its own Control on the unit for your comfort. The units are long white metal units against the lower part of the walls in most rooms.

Center City is exactly where this apartment is located. Walk out the door and you have plenty of restaurants, lounges, bars, and places to visit all within walking distance. There are dozens of places for outdoor seating as well and the subway is only a 6-minute walk away from the building. You can also walk one block over to Pine Street and enjoy Antique Row and all the lovely antique shops that fill the area. On 13th and Walnut also only 3 mins away you will find a food court area recently created by the city and local businesses where people can come out and socialize and mingle while enjoying great food choices, and it's available 7 days a week.
You can walk everywhere from here. Since we are so centrally located. Subway metro is also only a few mins from our location.
