Additional Notes: This is a semi-detached house with its own entrance and no shared space. No smoking in the house, on the deck, or in the backyard. Must be 15ft away. Please be mindful, the neighbor next door has a medical condition is highly sensitive to smoke. Trash day is every Wednesday Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.
