Hand made bamboo furniture on the tropical garden patio with sliding glass wall that opens to one of the master suites. Major grocery store 1 block away. Minutes walk to ********, Starbucks, beach and famous 5th Avenue, amazing restaurants, shopping, world class snorkeling, diving and 15 minute cab ride to the PGA Mayakoba golf course “ocean side” . 30 minutes from Tulum and Mayan ruins. 40 minute ferry to the Island of Cozumel. 45 minutes from Cancun airport. Ground transportation per request. Maid service, dry cleaners around corner, underground secured free 1 space parking garage. 2 blocks from ADO bus station. Friendly english speaking staff. Very well kept. Covid safety rules and cleaning. Covid testing can be set up at front desk for in house tests.
