Other features : Your own exterior shower for nature lovers 🌱 AC / heat unit, beautiful walk-in shower! Smart TV, wifi, all kitchen utensil to cook a gourmet meal. Exterior grill included also. Beach cooler & chairs and PADDLE board for enjoyment of all the lake surrounding us! To note that the backyard is shared with us the owners only ☺️ we’re very outgoing and will be happy to meet you! The backyard is quite large if you prefer more privacy ☺️

Non-smoking into the unit. (you can smoke all that you desire outside). No pets nor kids allowed. Pool & backyard are for your enjoyment all day & all night. Quiet time 10pm. We want our guest to have their most enjoyable stay! :-) For this reason ONLY guest that have PAID for this reservation are allowed on property. No extra guest / visitor.
No party, no 'get together', no events allowed.
ALL guest must confirm PRIOR to check-in the amount of guest that will be present during the ******** stay. ALL guest must also confirm that they are ok and agrees to respect house rules, thanks for your comprehension, we are looking forward to have you having a memorable stay ! :-)
Please be QUIET after 10PM, Also, please be quiet until at LEAST 6am. Thanks in advance :-)
We are asking to wash all dishes / kitchen equipment that you are using with warm / hot water and the provided soap for the enjoyment of the next guest. NO yet dishes in cabinets. Make sure to dry your used & washed dishes.
Garbage area is on side of the the home. PLEASE put your garbage away before leaving with no exception. Thanks in advance
Use the Grill area and Propane with PRECAUTION. Please CLEAN the grill after each use. Lighter to light up grill is inside the drawl of the piece of furniture inside gazebo area.
Feel confortable to use all backyard amenities, pool chairs, umbrella, sofa (simply remove cover) etc .... ENJOY ☀️🙂
There is dark coloured facecloth provided for makeup removal if needed.
