Failure to provide all required information within **48 hours of booking** may result in the reservation being unable to proceed. In such cases, the guest may be required to cancel the reservation, or we may request cancellation through the booking platform, and the applicable cancellation policy will remain in effect. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these requirements and agree to provide the requested information within the required time frame.

✔ **Minimum Age Requirement** The primary guest must be **at least 21 years old**, as required by building management. Reservations made by a primary guest under 21 years old cannot be accommodated. We therefore do not provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, or other food and cooking condiments.
