The apartment is located in the Isola district, on the corner with the Munari Park, dedicated to the great designer, where there are many areas designed for the little ones and for strolling in the woods.
You will be close to most of the cult areas of Milan. The area is adjacent to the Isola district and the iconic Bosco Verticale, but also to the Monumental Cemetery and the multicultural via Paolo Sarpi.
Via Paolo Sarpi extends behind the Bastioni di Porta Volta, right in the center, and is known as the Chinatown of Milan. Very characteristic is the Chinese New Year which is celebrated every year on the street, with their typical decorations, attracting people from all over.
The proximity to Corso Como and the Garibaldi district also place it in a strategic position for the nightlife. Then reaching the spectacular Piazza Gae Aulenti, in the summer, you can also cool off in the pools of water!
Beyond the square is the Biblioteca degli Alberi, one of the most innovative parks in Europe, a truly avant-garde garden in the Porta Nuova-Isola area, at the foot of the skyscrapers and the Bosco Verticale.
Finally, from Corso Garibaldi, if you want to enjoy a suggestive walk through Brera, Moscova, Castello Sforzesco and the pedestrian area of Via Dante, you can reach Piazza Duomo in about 30min.

To use the self-check in, you will be required to download an app to open the door remotely. Enter the credentials communicated by the host and follow the instructions sent to his mobile phone.

EXTRA BED:
Guests are accommodated in 2 for each room. The request to use separate rooms for each guest for bookings of only 2 people must be communicated in advance and involves a total surcharge of €20/room for the additional bedding set, which must be paid in ******** upon your arrival.
OTHER RULES:
Air conditioning is available and included from May 15th to September 15th; in the winter months the heating system works, with times and times established by Italian legislation. Turned on November 3, 2022.

We provide Schuko and universal adapters to allow every guest, wherever they come from, to be able to use their own devices. Do not use plugs that are not compatible with Italian sockets.
Malfunctions due to incorrect use of the sockets cannot be attributed to the apartment.
