You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay. Experience the golf haven of PGA West, boasting 6 courses across 2,000 acres. Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated. Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate. Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. ***Pet Policy (Subject for approval) The pet fee is $175+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request. Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed. Pets must always be leashed within the community. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations. Pets cannot be up on any furniture. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

Free high-speed wireless WiFi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is provided with a 55' HD TV in the living room. Netflix is available in all other rooms.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We have arranged for a company to pick up the trash, which occurs on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be great, but if not, no worries.

Any guests not listed on the lease are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please provide a list of all names of people who will be at the house, as well as a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The BBQ grill operates on gas, while the fire pit is connected to propane tanks. Please remember to turn both off when not in use.
