Please leave your footwear in the designated outdoor patio area before entering. Impeccable Personal Hygiene: We value a fresh and pleasant environment. Guests are expected to maintain excellent personal grooming and body hygiene at all times. Being freshly showered is a requirement for communal harmony. The Art of Order: Please help us preserve the beauty of the apartment. Wash all dishes and kitchen utensils immediately after use and return them to their proper place.Smoke-Free Atmosphere: To keep the air pure and the fabrics fresh, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Exemplary Conduct: We host with a spirit of kindness. Guests must be respectful, polite, and gentle with the host, neighbors, and building staff. Uncompromising Security (No Visitors): Your safety and the building’s integrity are vital. Bringing strangers or unregistered guests into the apartment is strictly forbidden. For external encounters, we recommend using the city’s local motels or private venues. Shared Generosity: We value a fair and generous spirit. For any shared expenses or communal purchases, costs are always split equally (50/50). Access & Responsibility: You will be provided with an access key. Security is paramount; if the key is lost, the guest is responsible for the full cost of replacement and any necessary lock changes. Care of Amenities: You are welcome to use the kitchen, common areas, and room assignments. However, any damage to the property, decor, or utensils must be paid for in full before checkout. Constant Vigilance: Remember that the building is under 24/7 private security and drone surveillance. Adherence to all building safety protocols is mandatory for a peaceful coexistence.
