Smart TV's with IPTV system in the room and main room and wifi service is also available for the guests. The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:

2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day 3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day

All guests will be charged a ******** of US$400.00. This ******** can be paid in ******** or through a credit card hold. This ******** is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS ******** WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.
