Stylish artsy renovated central flat in Neuehausen Nynphemburg

Dear guest, You are very welcome! Here you have some rules of the house: -Firstly, enjoy it. You will stay in a family home. You will find there lovely stuff and all the necessary for your stay. 
 - Preferably take off your shoes when inside the apartment - Pets or animals from any specie are completely forbidden - In Germany is forbidden to make noise or any disturbance between 22h - 7h and 13 - 15hs. The police used to pay fees ( no parties ) 
 - Make sure the apartment's doors/ windows are always properly shut and locked when leaving the premise - It s forbidden by the admin to keep any stuff in front of the door, or on the terrace (boxes, bag trash, cartons, anything) 
- A smoking area only outside on the terrace. I'm allergic. 
 - If you have unfortunately broken anything, please, ask how much is and leave the corresponding value. - Be lovely, and water our plants. They will SMILE to you! - If you lost or leave the keys inside, you will pay for the services to solve it - Be kind and throw away your trash in the room containers 
- Switch off the lights, heating, and machines when leaving the apartment 
 - At your final checkout, in case, we do not fix a personal meeting, please, close all windows/doors when leaving the apartment and leave the key where you recommend you previously ... and, of course, enjoy your stay!
