Noise & Visitors:
● No loud music permitted.
● No parties or events allowed.
● Visitors are allowed in your private room only.
● Visitors may not use the pool or deck area unless prior arrangements are made with the owner.
● If returning late at night, please keep voices low and avoid speaking outside your room.
Air Conditioning:
● Always turn off the AC when leaving the room.

Towels and Laundry:
● Do not place white towels on the floor.
● Do not use towels to dry floors.
● Use dark towels when applying makeup.
● Hang pool towels on the drying line.
● Leave beach towels on the laundry machine after use.

Pool Rules:
● Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM only.
● No pool use at night.
● Only plastic cups are allowed in the pool area.
● Please shower off sunscreen before swimming.

Smoking and Fire Safety:
● No smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
● Vaping is permitted outdoors only.
● No candles or open flames allowed.

Cleanliness:
● Keep the deck area clean and free of food, plastic cups, plates, or personal items.
